| Its 5am and after a hard nights work I took the dogs for a walk before going to bed, the dawn chorus was in full voice as I circled the lake, as I turned round to search for the dogs behind me this runner came along and made me jump out of my skin it was as if one of the dogs had changed into her. While I did one lap walking she almost did 3 and as she past we had a sort of conversation , at this time in the morning she runs 8k, being very much a night owl this gave me a shock to my system |
