| I got stranded miles from home and listened to the first half on the radio as I drove home along almost empty roads, why can’t England play when I’m in a rush? I thought about doing a mini project while the World cup is on but apart from flags on cars and houses I don’t know if there much more to photograph. |

| Called into Gem Box on the Stratford Road to pick up my repaired watch strap. I’m fascinated by the tools of the jeweller's trade, the little files the various gauges etc, they kindly let me have free access to photograph the tools. I chose this diamond gauge, if your diamond will only pass through the large hole then it would be valued around £50,000 |
