I’m trying to get some routine into going for a swim and its proving difficult, Wednesday would be a good night to put aside for some exercise and the other night I turned up at the pool to find it was Ladies Only Night. Last night I didn’t get much sleep and therefore didn’t feel in the mood for doing a few lengths of the pool I pulled up in the car park, looked at my gear thought shall I or shan’t I?
