I have been selected for “Live Brief “an initiative from Solihull Council Arts Team, our starting point is: The Brief 

“Working in a group, the aim is to put on an exhibition in the Solihull area. The group of artists will work together to plan a relevant exhibition and any related arts activity”

In brief we have a blank page and can do anything we want ( I guess within reason), instead of a series of artist development courses the arts team decided to start a project and from this the participating artists would receive mentoring, training and specialist input depending on our needs to full fill the Brief.

What we don’t know at this stage is what we are going to do and how we will get there. So it stands to reason what we need isn’t known at this stage. Tonight was our first meeting to start the thought processes.
