We Had A Ringer In The Pub Quiz Team This Evening So We Won

Today I had assembled some pretty ordinary photographs for the 365 project but I knew as usual the Tuesday night pub quiz at the Bulls Head would provide some inspiration if not todays image. During the quiz we got talking to the couple on the table next to us Andrew Dubber and his sister law Kelly who is visiting from New Zealand, the conversation began with some small talk such as Do you know the Answer to No:3?

It turns out Andrew is a prolific blogger http://www.andrewdubber.com/about/ and does amongst other things a 365 photo based on food, http://dubberfood.posterous.com/that’s every meal he eats.

There was a music round which is something of a specialist subject for me being an ex DJ but I noticed Andrew was getting the answers well before me, with the help of his IPhone and a program called Shazam which has the ability to listen to some music and then answer the title and artist.

Any way we won despite blowing the questions on the final round. Pete we didn’t and wouldn’t use the technology for the final money question as you know the correct answer was 355 and we got nowhere near with 140
