I Like This But I Don’t Know What It Is

As you drive over the canal bridge on Dartmouth Circus (Birmingham) in front of you is the glass facade of Waterlinks House, the road curves past the building but for a short time you are treated to the answer to the question of what the glass building will reflect today. Is it going to be bright autumn sunlight, a cold blue sky or a clouded grey? Each day is different and each time of day or night is different so I knew someday it was going to feature. So here it is, but what is that in front? A back to front question mark or am I looking at a figure 2 from the wrong side?
