Cleared View of the City of Birmingham Skyline

Demolition of mostly old factories is almost complete on the east side of Birmingham. This process reveals an open view of the city skyline and some car park space too. However, I can’t understand why this wall remains when all around has been flattened and levelled and the previous subject for a 365 photograph (number: 243-365) “Co-op Furniture Factory” also stands alone.
