The restore was eventually completed although I did wonder how and when, because for some reason my DVD drive went to sleep during the installation of the Windows operating system it even happened running the disc via an external DVD drive. |
Now the rant: At Trittiford Park a foot path has required a repair and some kind of drainage but the council have gone way over the top installing this roundabout of decorative bricks and further along the path we have two large semi circular decorations that serve no purpose. Its taken a team of workmen two weeks and counting to lay out the path and obviously this process doesn’t come cheap if they just completed a basic repair the saving would cover my rates rise for this year (and a few other citizens) or could be used in the necessary services that are being cut, but if this money is allocated for the parks and in particular this park it would be nice to have the money spent a few more rubbish bins (this is the only one in the park) and a better service of collecting rubbish and maintaining the park |

I found a way to test if a £20 note is a fake, unfortunately it was. It’s a very long story how I came to have this fake note on my desk (it wasn’t a very good copy). I spilt a mug of tea over it and the imperfections became very clear |
