The Gardening Project Has Been Delayed

My neighbour is digging up his front garden to lay down a drive and I want to fill in a pond (and move it) in my back garden. So he’s creating a hole and has some spare earth and I want to fill in a hole with some earth. This week I have been spending an hour here and there to drain the water and dig out the plastic lining. Yesterday we had rain most of the day so nothing happened and today… of course my neighbour isn’t waiting on me because he cant do anything either.
