With tickets for the Carling Cup Final at a premium I didn’t make it to the final to cheer on the Villa, however, I keep my record of never seeing them loose a final intact. I could go on about dodgy refereeing decisions but let’s keep positive we are still in the FA Cup and we might gain from the experience |

I found a memorial in Canon Hill Park to those who had given up their lives in the Boer War in South Africa, 1899 – 1902 , I thought how many memorials would be built if we commissioned one for each conflict since, bearing in mind that our service men are involved in two major areas at the moment. |
