| Walking along the canal today and I came across this sign. Above are high voltage electricity pylons and as this is an elevated section of the canal over a viaduct the cables carrying the electricity is lower than normal. The sign is to warn anglers not to fish on this stretch of the canal because as you can imagine if they catch the cables when they cast their lines: sizzle. |
| Never the less I do find the wording a bit weird. |
